House rules
- The common areas (lounge, table tennis room, guest restroom) cannot be reserved. They are always open and can be used by all guests through mutual agreement.
- The kitchen in the lounge is also available to all guests without the need for a reservation. You’re welcome to use the dishwasher if you don’t feel like washing the dishes by hand. Dishwasher tabs are provided free of charge for your use. However, please remember to empty the dishwasher in a timely manner so that other guests can use it as well.
- Each booked room includes one parking space (see markings in front of the house). There are no assigned spot numbers, but six spaces are available for the six rooms. If you need additional parking, we’re happy to discuss a personalized solution depending on availability.
- All consumable items you find in your room (pretzels, coffee capsules, bottled water, etc.) are free of charge and meant to sweeten your stay a little. If you need more coffee capsules, drinks, snacks, or similar items, you can purchase them from our small self-service kiosk in the lounge. A price list can be found in your room’s information folder or directly at the kiosk.
- As is typical for holiday apartments, your room will not be cleaned during your stay. However, if something happens and you need a special cleaning service, feel free to contact us at any time – our cleaning fairy will be there to help as quickly as possible.
- A washing machine and dryer are available for all guests in the table tennis room. Here too, we rely on the respectful cooperation of our guests – no reservation is needed; just coordinate with each other as needed.
- Cleaning of the hallway and common areas (including the garden) takes place between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. While we aim to disturb you as little as possible during your well-deserved vacation, some noise may occur during this time.
- Each room has an information folder where you’ll find all important details about the house, your stay, and the surrounding area.
